A Vegetarian's Guide to Our Menu

A Vegetarian's Guide to Our Menu

Vegetables were never an afterthought

Spanish tapas bars have quietly been some of the best vegetarian dining rooms in Europe for a century, mostly because so many classic tapas — patatas bravas, pan con tomate, pisto, gazpacho — were built around vegetables to begin with, not adapted from a meat dish.

Where to start on our menu

New guests eating vegetarian usually build a table around Patatas Bravas, Pan con Tomate, and Berenjenas con Miel, then add Coliflor Asada or Setas al Jerez if the table wants something warmer. All are cooked on shared equipment, so if a strict separation matters to you, tell your server and the kitchen will accommodate.

Marking the menu

Every vegetarian-friendly tapa on our printed and online menu carries a small green tag. It's not a full allergen guide — for that, ask your server directly — but it's enough to build a table without cross-referencing every dish.

A note on vegan requests

Several dishes, including Coliflor Asada and Espárragos a la Parrilla, can be made vegan on request by omitting cheese or dairy-based sauce. Let your server know when ordering and we'll flag it to the kitchen.
